2005, June 11 - Cheeze and Demos 3
We had 20ish cheezes, including the return of the Red Cow parmesan, a camabert, and I think we had 3 bleus including stilton and roquefort, among other cheezes. I seem to remember a gouda or havarti that Sean brought being well thought of. The cheezes were served half at the beginning of the show and half at the intermission. Like all the parties before 2006 the demos were watched on the house TV. It was the first year with an itenerary sheet and an intermission. The party was being held the same weekend as music midtown, during the performances of such bands as The Killers, The Pixies, Blackeyed Peas, and Alan Jackson.

2004, June 16 - Cheeze and Demos 2
This year the party was a joint operation with Strick ( c/o the Gnu/Yak Cafe), and a whole crew of friends of the Yak came to throw down, cheezes in tow. No foggy clue how many cheezes we had, but we had sudden influxes through the night (I think Johnny X brought three halfway into the party including the Red Dragon Cheddar that made a re-appearance in 2006). I seem to recall this was the year we had Leyden, which is a scandanavian cheeze infused with cumin. It was the first year with a set demo list

2003, June-ish (on a wednesday, IIRC) - Cheeze and Demos 1
Exact Date unknown, Paulie gathered a bunch of new and new-ish productions onto his then-new (now long gone) laptop and put together a cheeze tasting party (initially we tried to make it a contest, but it was just too complicated) and demo viewing. I believe we had some fondue that wasn't very good, the red cow parmesan (which was the best cheeze of the night), some halapeno havari and horsradish cheese, and the infamous wenslydale that was so bad that it tasted like it picked up it's flavor inside an air conditioner(hint: that's why you let real cheezes air out and warm up a bit before serving. didn't know that at the time). There is no set list of productions for the evening, as it was a bunch of stuff on paulie's laptop that he played in no particular order.
Productions included (no set list of productions, so verification is difficult):
Demos:
De Profundis by Kolor
Chimera by Halcyon
B10 by Satori
Detox by Satori

Halla by Moppi
